6. Exceptions under Florida Law
Florida law does not mandate refund policies for retail businesses, but it requires that any refund policy be clearly stated and visible at the time of purchase. If no policy is stated, customers are entitled to a refund for returns made within seven (7) days of purchase for unused and resalable items.
